This enameled piece started out as a hand cut piece of copper. Amy sifted vitreous enamel (pigmented powdered glass) onto the copper, heated with a kiln to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit until the glass melted and adhered to the copper. This process of sifting and firing on both sides of the copper is repeated multiple times for coverage and durable longevity. 1 1/2 inch enameled focal on an 18 inch rubberized cord.
